1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Rose Cleaning Co, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our services.
2. Services
Rose Cleaning Co provides residential and commercial cleaning services. The specific scope of work for each project will be outlined in the individual estimate or service agreement provided to the client.
3. Pricing and Payment
Estimates are based on the information provided by the client and are subject to adjustment if the actual conditions of the space differ significantly from the description. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
4. Cancellation Policy
We require at least 24 hours' notice for the cancellation or rescheduling of any appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours of the service, and we will return to address the issue at no additional cost.
6. Liability
Rose Cleaning Co is fully insured. While we take extreme care when cleaning your property, we are not liable for pre-existing damage or items that are not properly secured. Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of the service.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
